The iSUP Saugeen mobile surf shop is a young social enterprise striving to support the growth and development of Canadian youth, is committed to empowering the next generation of adventurers, and aims to facilitate a foundation of open water lifesaving skills for waterfront communities across Canada.
As your friendly neighbourhood surf shop; iSUP specializes in swim, SUP (stand up paddle boarding), and water safety. Our mission consists of three main pillars; accessible education, drowning prevention, and outdoor adventure. The surf shop’s unique adventure-based learning programs unite tourism with drowning prevention and encourages people of all ages and ability to develop open water lifesaving skills, utilizes adventure to facilitate connectivity, and empowers self discovery and personal development through play, exploration, and outdoor education.
The surf shop services include SUP rentals, lessons, and delivery, waterfront and home pool swim lessons, glow in the dark paddle boarding, iSUP summer camp and after school program, iSUP special events, eco-friendly camping retreats, adventure-based birthday parties, bridal parties, corporate team building, and staff party packages, waterfront education programs for community organizations, and adaptive programs for people with disabilities and victims of near fatal drownings.

Hello! My name is Amy Caperchione, and I am an Owen Sound-born entrepreneur, outdoor education specialist, certified water rescue technician, early childhood educator, and mobile surf shop owner.
As a certified water rescue technician; I am particularly motivated by Canadas staggering drowning statistics; where drowning is the leading cause of preventable death in children aged 1- 4 and the second leading cause of death for children between the ages of 5-14. As an outdoor enthusiast I have always been captivated by the power of nature and inspired by the benefits it can provide our health and wellness. By combining my passion for adventure with an unwavering dedication to water safety; I launched Ontario’s first mobile surf shop and designed an adventure-based learning program that saves lives!
