Reserve your equipment before peak season! The iSUP Saugeen watersport rental equipment is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Dates are reserved and rentals are pre-payed & pre-scheduled to ensure that equipment is accessible and scheduled accordingly. We love our customers; so feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.
Step one, make the reservation!
After viewing our online catalogue, take note of what rental equipment you want to reserve & the date of possession. Begin the reservation process by going to “forms” in the drop down menu of our website and complete the iSUP Saugeen rental application.
Step two, complete the terms of use & liability form
It will take up to 24 hours to process your request so while we wait; go to “forms” in the drop down menu of our website and complete the terms of use and liability form by following the links provided.
After submitting these documents you will be provided with an invoice that outlines the details of your reservation. Payment is due in full upon receiving the invoice. Orders are canceled after 24 hours of inactivity.
Step 3, complete payment
Your payment can be processed in 2 convenient ways:
Secure Link.
A secure link can be created using the software available through the merchant of record, Square. A secure link is a contactless, quick, and convenient online payment. Secure links make it possible to securely access payments remotely as it can be done using any smartphone device or computer. Secure links are used most commonly on websites designed for online shopping. After receiving the Secure Link manually enter your information. iSUP Saugeen can send secure links via text or email.
Or,
In Person, Contactless Tap.
Contactless tap is completed using the chip and card reader software available through the merchant of record, Square. Contactless tap is secure, fast, & simple. This method is most commonly used in store. Contactless tap accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay with smartphones and watches. Meet us curbside, tap & go. iSUP Saugeen also accepts pin & magnetic strip swipe.
Now what?
Once the payment has been completed you will be provided with a confirmation number.
